Encouragement by Empowerment was born from a simple belief — that with the right support, anyone can overcome obstacles and build a life of purpose and dignity. What started as a small volunteer effort has grown into a trusted community organization serving hundreds of individuals and families.

How We've Grown

2020
Founded as a volunteer-led effort, serving 15 families in the first year with basic mentorship and support.
2021
First structured mentorship cohort launched. Expanded to include life skills training and family support programs.
2022
Formed key community partnerships with local schools, faith communities, and corporate sponsors. Reached 100+ families served.
2023
Expanded to 3 core program areas. Hired first full-time staff. Launched community initiative events.
2024+
Continued regional growth. 500+ lives transformed. Building toward sustainable, long-term community impact.
